Looking back, there was wonder and excitement in finding that platform hidden away in a tree. There was the fun we had in hoping we could fix it up. There were the seemingly endless possibilities…

In the three weeks we’ll be working together, we’ll take a look at what you want (the treehouse needs redecorating – what do you want it to look like?), we’ll gather practical ideas and tips to start you on the right path (treehouse makeover time!), and we’ll spend time dreaming big for the future (have fun with the treehouse!).
Package includes 3 sessions designed for those who know they want a little boost in the right direction, but can’t commit to a 6-12 week program.

One Week Workshop
The One Week Workshop includes 6 one-hour sessions, to be used over the course of one week.
This workshop is all about the goals! Whether is the end of the year and you are thinking ahead to the new calendar, or it is the middle of the year and you need a fresh start, this goal workshop is for you! During the 6 days we work together, we will find out what is most important to you right now, help you choose a goal, look at how habits and mindset will affect this goal, look at how our inner critic may affect this goal, how to stay accountable, and more!
- 6 sessions + bonus coaching session
- Each day’s session is 60 minutes
- Sessions via video call
- Worksheets for each session
- Follow-up coaching session to be scheduled 1-2 weeks after finishing workshop
- Evening hours only at this time

The GOALS Intensive Workshop takes the one-week version and structures it into one powerful and fun-filled day!

One session + two bonus coaching sessions
- Plan for an 8-hour day!
- This timeframe allows for a 1 hour lunch break and two 20-30 minute breaks throughout the day, as needed.
